ADHD Support

Coaching isn't the right fit for everyone, and it isn't a replacement for medical or mental health care. If what you need is outside what I offer, here are trusted places to start. Reaching out for the right kind of support is a strong move.

Crisis (US):
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7 in the US. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Finding an ADHD provider (US):
To find ADHD professionals near you, including physicians, therapists, and coaches, the national nonprofit CHADD maintains a searchable directory: https://chadd.org/professional-directory/.

It's a solid place to start your search for diagnosis, treatment, and support beyond coaching. (Listings are self-submitted, so it's a starting point, not an endorsement of any individual provider.)

Outside the US:
This page lists US-based resources. If you're outside the US, please search for your country's mental health crisis line and national ADHD organization. Your local emergency number is the fastest route in an urgent situation.
