Seligo LLC - Terms & Conditions
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any Service(s) offered by Seligo LLC ("Seligo," “Seligo, LLC”, "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to ADHD School, group programs, private and 1:1 coaching, corporate and strengths coaching, workshops, webinars, digital and downloadable resources, and community access (each a "Service," together the "Services").
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.
2. Who provides the Services
The Services are provided by Seligo LLC. Some Services may be delivered by Dr. Stella (Elizabeth Dellamora) or by other coaches, contractors, or affiliates engaged by Seligo. These Terms apply equally to Seligo and to anyone delivering a Service on its behalf.
3. Nature of the Services
The Services are education, coaching, and community support. They are not, and are not a substitute for, professional care or advice of any kind.
Dr. Stella and Seligo's coaches are not acting as your medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or any other licensed professional. The Services do not provide:
medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment, including anything related to ADHD medication;
mental health therapy or counseling;
financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; or
relationship, marriage, or family therapy.
Nothing in the Services creates a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional-client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified, licensed professional for questions about a medical, mental health, financial, legal, or personal matter. Never disregard or delay professional care because of something shared in a Service.
If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Any decision you make based on a Service is your own, and you agree that Seligo is not responsible for the outcomes of those decisions.
5. No guarantee of results
The Services are designed to support and educate. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, or improvement. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances.
6. Payment, refunds, and guarantees
Prices, payment terms, and any refund or satisfaction guarantee are stated for each Service at the time of purchase, and those service-specific terms apply to that purchase.
Except where a specific guarantee applies or the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, content, recordings, and resources provided through the Services are owned by Seligo LLC or its licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Community conduct
Where a Service includes community or group access, you agree to keep other members' shared information confidential, to treat members with respect, and not to give medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice to other members. We may remove anyone who we deem to be disruptive or harmful, without refund.
9. Confidentiality
We treat what you share in a Service as confidential and will not share it publicly without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect someone's safety. Because some Services are delivered in a group setting, we cannot guarantee confidentiality among other participants.
10. Recording of calls
Live 1:1, coaching, and group calls are recorded by default. We use recordings for our own learning and development. Selected class recordings may be added to the community portal, and are accessible to any current community members.
By taking part in a call, you agree that it may be recorded. If you do not want a 1:1 session recorded, tell us before we begin and we will not record it. Group calls are recorded as part of the Service; if you prefer not to appear, you can keep your camera off and take part by chat.
We will not share your recording outside the Services without your permission (for example, if a recording is used for professional certification review, we will ask you first). If you would like a copy of a recording you took part in as a 1:1 session, just ask.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seligo LLC and anyone delivering the Services on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service.
12. Assumption of risk
You participate in the Services voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing throughout.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of a Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
